The fine weight changes in 2-kg increments help you make smooth, steady progress towards your strength goals.The dumbbell weights are made of solid cast iron for maximum durability. The steel handles feature medium knurling to give you a sure grip while not being too rough on your skin. The ends of the plates are smooth and mostly flat, so they can rest comfortably on your knees while you get into position for your exercise. The octagonal shape of the plates also prevents the dumbbells from rolling away unexpectedly.
