The Taurus Flexicon Adjustable Weight Bench offers safety and support while opening the doors to a wider array of exercises. It serves as a stable base for performing the bench press, shoulder press, seated row, flyes or core exercises.

The adjustable backrest allows you to do many different exercises and variations – from flat to incline/decline. Different positions let you target specific muscles and precisely adjust the direction of the load. When you’re done with the bench, it can fold up and be hanged from the Flexicon Tower to free up space.
