These high-quality tube bands are an amazing addition to the Taurus Flexicon, the unique resistance trainer that utilises a resistance band system to revolutionise the training possibilities. The tower does away with loud, heavy weight stacks and plates. With these pairs of high-strength resistance bands, you can increase the workout intensity on the Flexicon.
Exercising with resistance bands is much easier on your joints while also highly effective for strength training. Progressive resistance – i.e. the farther a band is stretched, the harder it gets – produces smoothly increasing, controlled load forces throughout the entire exercise movement. This results in less abrupt strain of your joints and tendons and while achieving high muscle activation.
Resistance bands are very versatile: they can be used to build muscle, for functional training that incorporates stabiliser muscles, physiotherapy and mobility purposes or even high-speed sport-specific movements.
