With 37 training programmes, 32 electronically adjustable resistance levels and two training modes, the Skylon 200 flexibly adapts to your personal training needs. In watt mode, the machine adjusts the resistance level to keep the overall power output constant independent of your speed; in all other training modes, the user sets the resistance level directly so moving faster produces a higher output. For a highly effective cardio workout, users can set a target heart rate for an HRC programme and use the contact sensors in the handles or an optional chest strap to monitor their heart rate..
