Strong bench – strong performance

The Inspire weight bench SCS is a premium bench from the Inspire series of products that was designed for compatibility with the FT2 and SCS functional trainer cable machines. The bench is made of quality heavy-duty steel to support up to 450 kg of load. This makes it ideally suited for exercises with dumbbells and barbells.
Despite the bench’s high stability, it takes up relatively little floorspace and fits perfectly inside the Inspire SCS and FT2 training machines as well as other, similar models. During and after your workout, you can use the wheels on the bench to easily reposition it. With five backrest angles and four angles for the seat, this adjustable bench can help you achieve full-body results as part of a comprehensive workout.

Adjustable to suit your needs

The Inspire weight bench SCS can be equipped with a number of upgrades. With the addition of the preacher curl bench, you can isolate your biceps for intense, targetted stimulation of the muscle and therefore more growth. For your legs, there is a leg extension/curl attachment to train your quadriceps and hamstrings using 50-mm weight plates. Alternatively, a leg conversion kit can be purchased that connects the leg ext/curl attachment to the cables of your machine’s weight stack for use as resistance.
