With the unique Hammer CrossPace 7.0 NorsK Elliptical Cross Trainer, everything is precisely tailored to your needs. With a stride length of 52 cm and a pedal spacing of just 13 cm, it offers a smooth, natural motion and joint-friendly training. The multiple grip positions and ergonomic pedals also help you to maintain an optimal posture during training. The different grip positions allow you to target your shoulders, arms, or the entire upper body, helping you to achieve your training goals.

Thanks to the elliptical trainer's3-level incline adjustment you can customise the focus of your workout. The height can be easily adjusted. The rule is: the higher the incline, the higher the targeted muscle group. For example, at the lowest horizontal setting, the focus is on the legs, particularly the front thigh muscles. At the highest incline, however, it is the rear thigh muscles and gluteal muscles that are targeted. This creates a different movement pattern with every setting, offering you a varied and goal-oriented workout. Thanks to its 20 kg flywheel, high-quality castors, and aluminium rails, the elliptical cross trainer runs smoothly and quietly thanks to the magnetic brake system.

After training, you can easily move the Hammer CrossPace 7.0 NorsK Elliptical Cross Trainer to the side thanks to its transport wheels and handle. Relocating it is also straighforward, as the rear feet can be adjusted individually. This ensures that the elliptical trainer stands firmly in place.

Smart training - with the crystal-clear 10.1" TFT display

You can easily access your training data on the large 10.1" TFT display. This enables you to swiftly set your goals and track your progress. During your workout, you can explore the pre-installed apps (some of which may require a subscription) or enjoy the pre-installed virtual tracks. With either option, motivation is pre-programmed.
There are 16 training programmes and 3 heart rate programmes designed to inspire and support you during your workout.

The pulse sensors on the Hammer CrossPace 7.0 NorsK Elliptical Cross Trainer handles help you keep track of the intensity of your training. However, if you prefer, you can connect a chest strap via Bluetooth.

Compatible with Zwift & Kinomap - for more fun training

The Zwift and Kinomap apps allow you to immerse yourself in virtual training worlds and use interactive routes, either alone or with other fitness enthusiasts in a group.

You can customise your training sessions, track your performance, and stay motivated with realistic environments.

The apps run on your smartphone or tablet. But don't worry — you can charge your devices via the USB port during training, so an empty battery won't interrupt your workout.
