The Super Bands make functional training really enjoyable! These tear-resistant, stretchy fitness bands are extremely flexible. They have been specially designed to stabilise the entire core musculature.

Strengthening and stretching the abdominal, back and core muscles improves posture and the flexibility of muscles and joints. To make training as varied as possible, the Super Bands are available in three colours, each offering a different level of resistance.
