Verarbeitung: Material und Verarbeitung sind einwandfrei, funktional pragmatisch und sehr Hochwertig. Keine Abstriche trotz günstigem Preis! Lieferumfang: Türstopper, Karabiner zwei Handschlaufen mit Fußfesselfunktion und einem zentralen Ankerband. Drei gut verarbeitete und vorbildlich gestaltete Klammern mit Spannfedermechanismus erlauben ein schnelles und unkompliziertes Verlängern oder Verkürzen der Bänder. Kein Decken- oder Wandanker enthalten! (Ich habe das Gerät mit einer Schlaufe an der Klimmzugstange befestigt, funktioniert sehr gut!) Benutzbarkeit: Schlingentraining ist umfänglich für Ganzkörpertraining geeignet. Der besondere Reiz dabei ist, neben der platzsparenden Möglichkeit jederzeit zu Hause zu trainieren, die Betonung auf Kombination mehrerer Muskelgruppen (-ketten) und gleichzeitigem Stabilitätstraining. Platzbedarf: Aufhängehöhe zwischen 2,10m und 2,50m erforderlich. Benötigter Bewegungskorridor ca. 3m (oder mehr) in einer Richtung vor dem Ankerpunkt und Platz für die uneingeschränkte Bewegung der eigenen Arme zu beiden Seiten. Fazit: Preis- Leistungsverhältnis ist unschlagbar, das Geräte konnte mich vollumfänglich begeistern.
