• The dumbbell can only be adjusted while in the cradle.
• Make sure male and female connectors align when returning dumbell to cradle.
• Never attempt to lift dumbbell from the cradle if weight selection is not centered in the window
• Carefully inspect male and female connectors regularly.
• Do not use if male and female connectors are damaged.
• Check regularly that dumbell handle can be turned to all weight selections while in cradle.
• Check regularly that dumbell handle cannot be turned while out of cradle.
• Never use dumbbell without the complete set of weight plates in the cradle
• If dumbbell is damaged, missing parts or not functioning properly, discontinue use and contact Customer Tech Support.
