The equipment of the Centr x Hyrox Perform Series was developed for intense, full-body training to get you into optimal condition for your next Hyrox competition. With the Centr ski trainer Perform Series with platform, you can put your upper-body strength to the test. The machine was built to withstand extensive, heavy use by professional athletes. This ski trainer was specially engineered with hybrid training in mind, allowing you to quickly transition between exercises. The light design, transport wheels and small footprint mean the ski machine can easily fit into any training environment, whether at home or in a commercial gym.
The integrated air resistance system with ten difficulty settings lets you select the optimal intensity for your fitness level and then gradually increase it – from basic conditioning sessions up to intense hybrid training. The ergonomic handles and smooth travel of the pull cords allow for fluid, natural movements to realistically mimic the feel of cross-country skiing while simultaneously reducing the strain on the trainee’s joints and musculature. Self-adjusting pulleys ensure that the handles return to their starting positions even when abruptly let go of. This means the machine is always ready for the next set in your workout. The advanced LCD console displays the duration time, watts, distance, calories and stroke frequency in real time. Thanks to a wireless receiver, you can monitor your heart rate and thus the intensity of your workout with an optional chest strap for optimised cardio training.

- b. Schrauben zur Befestigung der U-Platte (U-PLATE) am Hauptgehäuse.

- 1. Betreiben Sie die SKI MACHINE nicht, wenn eines der Griffseile (Handle Cables) Anzeichen von Ausfransungen aufweist.
- 2. Stellen Sie sicher, dass sich folgende Schrauben nicht von Hand drehen lassen:
- a. Schrauben zur Befestigung der Umlenkrolleneinheit (PULLEY ASSEMBLY) an der U-Platte.
- b. Schrauben zur Befestigung des Stützgriffs am Hauptgehäuse.

- Zur Vermeidung potenziell gefährlicher Situationen, die zu mittelschweren Verletzungen führen können:
- 1. Betreiben Sie die SKI MACHINE nicht, wenn eine Komponente nicht vollständig montiert ist oder Schrauben nicht so gesichert sind, dass sie sich nicht von Hand drehen lassen.
- 2. Nehmen Sie bei der Montage der SKI MACHINE keine Montageteile in den Mund.
- 3. Tragen Sie bei der Benutzung der SKI MACHINE stets geschlossene Schuhe.
- 4. Halten Sie Kinder und Haustiere stets vom Trainingsbereich fern.
- 5. Befolgen Sie alle in diesem Handbuch enthaltenen Warnhinweise und Anweisungen.
- Der sichere Betrieb der SKI MACHINE ist nur gewährleistet, wenn das Gerät regelmäßig auf Schäden und Verschleiß überprüft wird. Es liegt in der alleinigen Verantwortung des Benutzers bzw. Eigentümers, sicherzustellen, dass regelmäßige Inspektionen auf Schäden und Verschleiß durchgeführt werden.
