• This device is not intended to diagnose, cure, or prevent diseases. Use only as instructed.
• Use only Therabody-approved accessories and replacement parts. Do not attempt repairs or modifications.
• Improper use or maintenance may result in fire, electric shock, or injury.
• Keep away from children. Not for use by persons under 18 or individuals with reduced physical, sensory, or mental abilities without supervision.
• Do not stand while using the device.
• Do not use the device as a toy or handle electrical components roughly.
• Charge only with the supplied power adapter and splitter cable, ensuring correct orientation of the connector.
• Charge indoors in a dry, well-ventilated area. Do not charge near water or in humid environments.
• Do not overcharge. Disconnect the device within one hour after full charge.
• Never crush, drop, or puncture the device or charger.
• Avoid contact with leaking battery chemicals — they can cause burns. In case of exposure, rinse with water and seek medical help.
• Prevent short circuits. Keep the battery away from metal objects such as keys or coins.
• Dispose of the device responsibly in accordance with local regulations for lithium-ion batteries.
• Stop using immediately if the device malfunctions, overheats, or causes discomfort.
• Unplug cables by the plug, not the cord. Keep cables free from strain, heat, or sharp edges.
• Do not use or charge under blankets, pillows, or other heat-trapping materials.
• Store in a cool, dry location (0°C–35°C / 32°F–95°F). Avoid high temperatures or direct sunlight.
• The device is not waterproof or machine washable. Do not immerse in water or allow liquids to enter.
• Clean only with a damp, alcohol-free cloth as described in the Care and Cleaning section.
• Do not disassemble the device, charger, or battery. Doing so may cause electric shock or fire and will void the warranty.
• Do not use while sleeping.
• Do not use on individuals with diabetes or poor circulation.
• Do not use in oxygen-enriched environments or near oxygen equipment.
• Do not use with ointments or liniments containing heat-producing ingredients — burns may occur.
• The device generates heat; use caution when using infrared treatment.
